We have come a long way in the past 10 months, welcoming new technicians to join our team, updating our look and brand, securing new and exciting clients and continuing the on-going development of our in-house IT administration systems.
We are motivated to standardise all IT administration, including daily procedures and requests from our clients.
It has been an on-going project for us to develop a standardised IT administration system. Our clients want to have the same experience every time they contact us for general administration requests including new user set-ups, access changes and equipment orders. We are allocating a lot of time and attention to this project, with our initial system now live we are continuously making improvements and customising the procedures for each of our customers varied requirements.
