Job Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer focused person with a good technical understanding and enthusiasm to extend their technical knowledge and work with a rapidly growing company. The team you will be joining deal with incoming customer queries via the telephone, email or online support system, primarily between the hours of 09:00-18:00 Monday to Friday.

Desktop Operating Systems: Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8

Server Operating Systems: Windows 2003, 2003 R2, 2008, 2008 R2, 2012 and 2012 R2

Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013

Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013

Active Directory / Domain Environment

Virtualised Environments (VMWare ESX, Citrix XenServer, Microsoft HyperV, etc)
Network Specific Experience / Skills

Networking (Layer 2, Layer 3, VLAN, ARP, DNS)

Firewall Management (Cisco ASA, Draytek, SonicWall, WatchGuard, CheckPoint, etc)

Switch Management (Cisco, Netgear, HP, Juniper)

Client to Site VPNs (Cisco VPN Client, Cisco AnyConnect, Windows PPTP, etc)
